Enneagram coaching for clinicians & practice ownersBuild from your own blueprint
and love how you do the work.
The “problem” you keep
trying to fix may not be
the real problem
You hit a wall, so you buy a business course, a marketing program, or follow a “formula” from that Insta influencer promising a full practice in thirty days.
Some of it is even good advice… for somebody. But those solutions are built on assumptions about how you work: how you make decisions, what drains you, what you avoid, what you're doing at 3 a.m. instead of sleeping.
When the advice doesn't match your wiring, you start performing. And you end up building your practice on "shoulds," playing a character called The Good Practice Owner, and secretly wondering what's wrong with you.
nothing is wrong with you!
You’ve been using someone else's Blueprint.
(ugh… you’re so right)
The goal isn't, "become the Good Practice Owner…" It's to stop needing to be her.
Imagine if you could make the call once... and let it stay made. Say the hard thing while it's still a small thing. Hand work off without hovering over it for a week. Plan your days around what fuels you instead of what zaps you. And go to sleep before 3 a.m.
None of that requires becoming someone new. (Thank goodness. You've tried that already!) It happens when you quit running someone else's blueprint and finally get your hands on your own. And to be SO honest? I’m not guessing. This is the exact shift I had to make in my own practice.
Hiii! I’m Haleigh
I'm a licensed therapist, the founder of Human to the Fullest, and an iEQ9-certified Enneagram practitioner. And I built my business the way you probably built yours: by following every "proven" formula I was told would guarantee success. Spoiler--they weren't working for me either.
What changed things wasn't another program. It was getting honest about how I'm actually wired. As an Enneagram 9, that meant learning to say the thing instead of managing around it and rebuilding how I lead from there. My work got more efficient, my results got more direct aaand it turns out my relationships could handle me being honest ;)
I met the Enneagram in a college leadership class in 2015: "oh cute, another personality test," and then read The Road Back to You and had a full-body "wait… how do they know this about me?" moment. A decade later, it's the framework I work in every day, with a therapist's training behind it: thoughtful questions, no rushing your process, and a real understanding of the mental and emotional load you carry because I carry it too.
When I'm not coaching, I'm making a very serious cup of coffee, loving on my family, or planning the next mountain getaway.
So let's do this thing...The Unformula Engagement
Uncover the patterns shaping how you make decisions, communicate, manage energy, and show up under stress. We’ll bring what we learn into the practice you’re actually running, so you can build around the person you are instead of performing the person you think the job requires.
what you’ll get:
Full iEQ9 Assessment + Report
If I had a dollar for every person who's been mistyped (and very confused!) by a free online quiz… The iEQ9 is different. It's highly accurate, it's where I did my certification, and it's the assessment all of my clients take as part of coaching with me. It gives us pages and pages and pages of Enneagram data on how you're uniquely wired: your motivations, your instincts, your subtype, what stress does to it all. Not just what you do on the outside. WHY you do it.
90-minutes of live translation
Just you and me and your report :) I translate everything for you in real time: how you're wired, how you communicate, what really stood out in our conversation. Then I write it all up in your own 'You at a Glance' guide: a snapshot of your Enneagram type, the language we landed on, and a couple of things to start putting into practice throughout our coaching. All that data, in words that actually sound like YOU.
Six Months of Private Coaching
11 sessions, every other week, about whatever's happening. The hard conversation. The decision you keep circling. The thing that happened AGAIN. I'll ask thoughtful questions, hold space, and help you connect dots you can't see from inside them. And that same day, I'm sending you something to lean into, something to introduce, and something to get curious about before our next call in two weeks. (No getting busy and falling off around here!)
Knowing your type is the fun part. Catching it in real time? That’s where things change.
The assessment gives us language for how you’re wired. The next six months are where we bring it into the practice you’re actually running: the conversation you keep managing around, the work that somehow landed back on your plate, the thing that happened… again.
Every other week, we connect what’s happening now to the pattern underneath it and try something that fits you better. Then you get two weeks to see what actually happens in real life. We keep doing that until you’re not just understanding yourself after the fact. You’re catching it early enough to choose what happens next.
But don’t just take it from me :)

FAQ
-
The honest footprint: two hours of sessions a month, plus practices designed to live inside things you're already doing "pause before the Tuesday meeting" is homework you do at the Tuesday meeting. And gently: "no time for me" is usually one of the exact patterns we end up working on. The work fits inside your week. That's the point of it.
-
First: the iEQ9 goes layers deeper than "your type." Subtypes, instincts, centers of expression, most deeply self-aware people have never seen this data on themselves. Second: a lot of your report will make you nod. That's not the product. The work is in what changes when someone helps you actually use what's true—in your practice, in real time, in your own words. The skeptics tend to have the most fun here. "We'll see" is a perfectly good place to start.
-
Fair, that's exactly how plenty of people use it, and it makes me crazy too. Used well, it's the opposite: a way to find the box you've been living in and start living beyond it. Your type is a map, not a verdict. (And definitely not a hall pass to be the worst.)
-
Because information is fast and pattern change isn't. You'll have insight by week two (the map lands quickly). Turning it into a different pattern takes repetition, which is what the every-other-week rhythm and the between-session practices are for. Shorter engagements produce interesting conversations. This produces different behavior.
-
We talk about your practice, what's working, what isn't, and your history with the Enneagram, if any (none is a great answer). You'll leave with a clearer name for what's going on whether or not we ever work together. It's a mutual-fit conversation: you're checking my vibe as much as I'm checking yours. No pitch or pressure.
-
We start before the call even ends: I send one invoice for your assessment + debrief, your assessment link arrives when it's paid, and the 90-minute goes on the calendar. From there, standing every-other-week appointments.

Clinicians and private practice owners, mostly therapists, dietitians, physicians, and other helping professionals running solo or group practices. And if you're a business owner in a helping-adjacent field who's seen herself all over this page? You're welcome here too.
for the people you lead
